The Comox Valley Cougars Track & Field Club runs, jumps and throws on volunteers!
All parents/guardians of Cougars athletes are expected to volunteer a minimum of two (2) hours of their time at each of the Island Series meets their athletes attend. A volunteer sign-up link will be sent out via email prior to each meet.
