          2012 Spring / Summer Training

          Our regular practices are set to start March 5, 2012. Be sure to bring warm training clothes, hat, & water. The Cougars are at the track rain or shine (except in absolutely ridiculous weather).


          The 90 minute sessions are divided into the following sections...
          Warm-up
          General Conditioning Set
          Technical I (specific event rotation)
          Technical II (specific event rotation)
          Cool-Down
          Please be at the track on-time & ready to go at 6pm... or we'll make you run laps (that doesn't sound quite right)

          Junior Development Group (JDs are ages 9-13
          Monday & Wednesday
          6:00-7:30pm
          Saturday
          10-11:30

          Midget, Youth, Junior, Senior, Masters
          Tuesday & Thursday
          6:00-7:30pm
          Saturday
          10-11:30
