The Comox Valley Cougars Track & Field Club runs, jumps and throws on volunteers!
There will no JD/General practices over spring break. The last JD/General practice before the break is Wednesday March 22nd 4:30pm - 6:00pm.

New Members, (all ages) please join us at one of our General/JD practices to meet the coaches and discuss your training needs.
The Cougars train rain or shine except in absolute terrible conditions. Cancellations to the general/JD practices will be posted to our website. We will make every effort to alert parents as soon as possible of any cancellations, and appreciate your understanding.
Please note, the are no general/JD practices over stat holiday weekends, during spring break or over the Island Series meet weekends. Please check the competitions tab for more information on the Island Series meets

General & Junior Development (JD) Practice Information
All athletes (new and returning) are welcome to attend any of the General/JD practices noted below.

Athlete Development U16+ (14yrs+)
Athlete Development (U16+) athletes are welcome to attend any of the General/JD practices and will also have additional training opportunities throughout the week and weekends. The specific days and times will be determined by the specific event group(s) the athlete is participating in.

Special Programs and Camps
The annual Track & Field camps will be posted to the Comox Valley Recreation's Planner again for 2023.
We will cover a wide range of events, including hurdles, sprints, jumps & throws. We will have a little bit of fun on the last day with a 5-event mini meet so you see how much you've learned.
