Be sure to bring warm training clothes, hat, & water. The Cougars are at the track rain or shine (except in absolutely ridiculous weather).
New athletes should contact the club coaches before attending. Our two week trial period includes conditioning sessions, and time to try various field events under supervision (Saturdays).
