Practice Information​

New Competitive Members (all ages) 

If you are a new competitive member, please join us at one of the General Practices to meet the coaches and discuss practice days and times. 

Junior Development & General Practice Information

Junior Development (JD) athletes (ages 9-13) can choose to train on any of the following days and times up to three (3) days per week. 
Returning JD members, if you are already training with a specific group outside of the days/times posted below, please stay with that group and discuss any schedule changes directly with your coach. 

Tuesday 4:45pm - 6:15pm* 

Thursday 4:45pm - 6:15pm*

Saturday 10:00am - 11:30am*

Athlete Development U16+ (14yrs+)

The days/times listed below are the general practice times for returning U16+ (ages 14+) athletes and are subject to change. All returning members please check directly with your coach for schedule changes.
