The Island Series meets include, the Bob Dailey meet in Port Alberni, The Dogwood meet in Victoria, the Elwood Wylie meet in Nanaimo, the Garriock meet in Duncan, and the Island JD Championships & Comox Solstice meet in Comox.
The Island Series meets are open to all competitive athletes from JD to Masters.

Helpful Tips for attending track & field competitions
- Setup your Trackie account as soon as possible to make meet registration quick and simple
Click here for information on registering for meets through Trackie. - When registering for the meet enter seeds times, if applicable. Contact the club if you have any questions about how to find your seed times
- Plan to arrive at the venue at least 60 mins prior to the event start time
- Pick up your competition number from the 'Cougars den'. We will usually be set up in the main stands with the Cougars banner
- Warm up (jogging, technicals etc.) in your running shoes (not spikes)
- Bring warm clothing to warm up in, and stay warm and dry between events
- Check in for your track events at the marshalling tent.
